How working with AHMVAS begins

This page explains how clients begin virtual support, how companies join the portal, and how applicants move from registration into training and evaluation.

For clients seeking support

The conversation stays centered on real work, clear expectations, and a sustainable way of working together.

  1. Start with the work

Tell us what is taking time, where the process slows down, and what a better result should look like.

  2. Clarify the support

We define responsibilities, tools, communication, schedule, and the boundaries of the role.

  3. Set the working rhythm

The team aligns on updates, accountability, and how questions or changes should be handled.

  4. Review and improve

The work is monitored through clear records and regular communication so the support can stay useful.

For companies joining the portal

Access is reviewed before a workspace is opened, and every team member enters through an invitation or approved role.

  1. Register

A company owner submits the company and contact details using the Google account that will manage the request.

  2. Review

AHMVAS management reviews the registration before a protected company workspace becomes active.

  3. Prepare

The company sets its identity, positions, schedules, and team invitations.

  4. Work

Invited people sign in through their company page to access the tools allowed for their role.

For applicants entering training

People who want to work with AHMVAS begin by registering for consideration. Entry follows the training-batch schedule and management review.

Training is completed in batches so instruction and evaluation can stay focused.
  1. Register your interest

Applicants complete the required registration so management has the information needed for an initial review.

  2. Wait for the next batch

Applications are considered when the next training batch opens; registration does not guarantee immediate entry.

  3. Management evaluation

The management team reviews each applicant’s readiness, fit, and ability to proceed into the training program.

  4. Complete the training weeks

Accepted applicants move through structured training, guided practice, work habits, and regular feedback.

  5. Complete the final evaluation

Management reviews performance and readiness, then communicates whether the applicant can move toward supervised shadowing or needs a different next step.

A bridge into real work

Trainees who complete the program and meet the evaluation standard may continue as supervised shadowees. They gain real-work exposure while access, responsibilities, and quality remain under the guidance of an experienced team member.

  1. Observe the workflow

The shadowee first learns how real tasks, tools, communication, and quality checks fit together.

  2. Assist within a defined scope

Suitable tasks are introduced gradually, with clear limits and direct review before work progresses.

  3. Earn further responsibility

Any next step depends on consistency, performance, feedback, and another management assessment.
